I have experienced an eclectic lifestyle with multiple professional careers in my lifetime. Two of my major experiences have been in law enforcement and technology. I spent 30 years with the Los Angeles county sheriff's department in multiple roles from patrol to investigations. My IT career was predominantly functioning as a software engineer writing expert systems augmenting operating systems. In 2012 I retired professionally for the last (?) time. However, I have since joined a fire department and function as a firefighter/EMT lieutenant. (I'm still pushing the envelope.) The main reason I created this blog was to educate the public regarding the threat(s) we face in America -- primarily from socialism and Islamism. I started sharing information 14 years ago and have watched the 'enemy' grow stronger and more successful. I attribute that success to the apathy and ignorance of the American public. Hence my primary motivation for writing these articles -- education.
