For those of you who have participated in this program at church, this article gives new meaning to the impact it can have on people.
However, if you never heard of it before, here’s the basic idea. Christians around the world buy toys (gifts) for kids and put them into a shoebox. They are then taken to the person’s church and distributed around the world. Children all over the world who never even get to see a toy suddenly own one! A great example of good people touching the lives of others.
The following article was submitted by Prophecy Newswatch. It is about a couple that had their lives changed by one shoebox being sent to the Philippines. An inspirational story for a Christmas season for sure.
