I receive several newsletters regarding finance, but often the authors point out world issues which can (and often do) impact finance.  One of those issues is China’s buildup in weapons and other efforts.

The following website reports on a new weapon China is testing (and plans on using).  Traveling at 10 times the speed of sound, it could arrive here in the U.S. within a very short period of time — without traveling into outer space, which shortens the trip.
