I think everyone by now should have heard about the DHS buying up ammunition..?  I mean, if the FDA doesn’t need assault weapon ammo, who does??  I guess the answer would be the Bureau of Reclamation.?  Yes, another 52K rounds of ammo is needed by them too.  Read the following article as to why?

So, terrorism isn’t an issue in the U.S. yet, right?  ISIS is waayyyy over seas and not a threat to us, right?  Apparently someone doesn’t agree with that thinking.  So which is it, we don’t have a threat (from outside), or we do have a threat from our own government?  A scary question huh?
