This is admittedly one of my longer articles, but it is imperative that you read it — like after church Sunday for example.  And then share it with other church goers you know.

If you were to read about our real history in America, you would learn among other things, that our country has been through not one, but three religious revivals since our inception — as early as the 1700’s.  Which is startling, since the original immigrants coming to our continent were extremely religious (compared to today) as evidenced by their fleeing from Europe due to religious persecution with great sacrifice and discomfort.

Time and again our forefathers went from a very difficult existence to a progressively easier one.  Each time things got easy, we ‘blew it’ and lost one thing in particular — our love and respect for God.  And just to show that we are very slow learners, we are doing it again!! 

America has gone from a very ‘religious’ country, to a much lower ranking one with regard to quantity of those even claiming to be Christian.  You can cherry pick statistics all day, but suffice it to say, we are much less religious today than we were merely 30-40 years ago.  

Understand that in a Christian person’s world, it is often stated that Christianity is the light of the world and where it doesn’t exist, typically there is darkness.  Well, a lot of our light is gone and darkness is filling the void, rapidly.  I personally believe a lot of the cause is Hollywood’s (TV) efforts to marginalize religion.  The end result is that we are  too happy with ‘things’, and not with people or ourselves.  That in itself sounds dark to me.  As demonstrated by suicides being up significantly in the U.S. in just the last 12 months.

We now have corruption everywhere in this country — the corporate sector, the government sector (largely at the federal level), and yes, even our church world.  Political correctness has been a very successful tool devised by those who wish to destroy America and to bring on this destructive phenomena.    Consequently dishonesty is now a way of life and accepted in America.

Most people ask the same question, “What do we do now?  How do we turn this around?”  Answer, stop doing what you’ve been doing, namely sitting on your butt doing nothing!  Everyone is waiting for everyone else to make it all go away.  Memo to America:  No one is going to save us but YOU!!  Not the other guy.  If we all stand against the evil which is destroying our country, we WILL survive.  If not, we will be plunged into darkness for a very long time — not years, but decades.

We should start with the ‘seniors’.  After all, they are supposed to be the older and wiser people — like 80 million worth!  What are they busy doing?  Largely taking care of #1?  Largely just trying to live out their final years in comfort and getting free stuff from the feds?  (Thank you AARP.)  If the vast majority of them are retired, what is their excuse (besides medical issues) to do nothing?    

What can the average senior do to help with our ‘meltdown’?  If nothing else, they can try to educate their children and grandchildren.  We are at war with ourselves in this country and the war is lead by Marxists in our government and elites who are seeking inordinate power.  (If you haven’t read my previous posts on this website and didn’t get that message, please read them now at Justice4USA.wordpress.com.)

If your kids are like most, they think they know more than you and/or believe they no longer need your advice.  But, this issue is of such a grave nature, that we seniors must take action.  This battle won’t be over soon and will affect our kids.  They’ve been pumped with propaganda for so long now, that it’s hard for them to believe much of anything.  But we must persist.  If you can’t make a dent in their thinking, try finding some other younger person in your circle of influence to educate.  They represent our future and that of our country.  If we don’t turn this around, then possibly they can — if left with the truth to fight with.  Without it, they too are lost.

Myself, I’m a busy guy, but I at least take the time to try and educate the public on what’s wrong and what we can do to help.  Far too many seniors have the view that there’s nothing they can do, and that their vote doesn’t even count. 

But let’s not forget the parents — although they are very busy making money to pay bills etc.  Parents can talk to their kids before they learn they have a brain (and no longer need their parent’s brain).  The younger they start teaching their kids what’s right, wrong, and hard to understand, the better.  They’re not as dumb as we might think.  The key point to remember is that their kids have formed 80-90% of all foundational value systems by the age of ‘7’! 

The churches of America are going to the dark side of sorts also.  Rather than fighting like the ‘Black Robe Regiment‘ (I strongly recommend visiting this link) they water down their sermons so as to not offend anyone.  It’s like today’s modern cliche goes, “You’re either part of the solution or part of the problem.  No action is action.”

Of key note, the typical church has what is called ‘elders’ who help the pastor lead the church — suggesting older and wiser members are a value in leading the church.  That wisdom should be addressing what is happening in America and the church making a big difference in our society — not one church, but many. 

With that said, please watch the video below.  The speaker is a pastor from South Africa.  He speaks of the problem(s) we face and what we as ‘elders’ can do to save this country.  (And when I say elders, I mean not only church leaders, but all senior citizens in this country.  After all, you at least had the opportunity to live in this great country without communists openly trying to change it into a soviet state.  It’s high time to pay back.)

I have said for years now that we are getting closer to our enemies (Marxists) in this country making a ‘touchdown’.  Although we have been asleep on the bench, we still have a small window to make the difference between darkness in this country and light.  The decision is partially yours.  You were put here on earth to make a difference, this is your big chance, don’t blow it… 

Prayer works, but with action, works much better.
