Federal Law Enforcement Is Expanding — FAST

I said about three years ago, “The changes we are seeing in America will get more critical (crazy), and the speed with which they come at us will be progressively faster and faster.”  Unfortunately I was right, but I also believe that pace will continue to accelerate for at least the near future.  Why?  Because the Left (Marxists) in this country is anxious to make its touchdown — the U.S. becoming the next soviet state.  i.e., USSA

We have witnessed changes made across the U.S. which are designed to weaken our police in America.  Many find that hard to understand.  What good could come of it?

If we downsize or de-fund our police, America will turn into a lawless country of chaos.  If that were to happen, who would step in to control the chaos in our cities and bring peace back to our streets?  The police who are retiring at a rapid rate?  The younger generation who wants no part of law enforcement, because it’s either too hard a job or it doesn’t pay enough?  Not to mention they would be on the ‘wrong’ side!?

What most of us don’t know is that the federal government has been growing their national police force(s) very rapidly over the last two decades.  And, their powers have grown just as fast.  The majority of the federal police (e.g., FBI, NSA, DSA, etc.) in the U.S. have been using their powers in ways unlike at any other time in recent history.

During Germany’s ‘transformation’ in the 1930’s the local police were impacted greatly.  Because Hitler’s intent was to morph Germany into a National Socialist country with a totalitarian dictator, it meant changes were needed for his success.  It was necessary to address any police force that would potentially oppose him in order to assure his success.

Initially he created the ‘brown shirts’ which were similar to the Bolsheviks of Lenin’s time who helped get him into power.  But after Hitler was in power, he created the Gestapo which were the investigative arm of his ‘gang’.  They had few boundaries to work within and could pick up anyone without question after doing a small amount of investigation.

The truly scary thing is, we are seeing some similar activities going on today which could potentially lead to our way of life causing it to take a sharp Left turn.  e.g., Arresting and locking up Americans with no formal charges filed and holding those people for months without arraignment.  (January 6th ‘terrorists’)

If you watch the video below, you will see changes reported in the federal police that are hard to believe.  And there’s not just one of those changes or one organization that is changing — it is many!

This is a one hour video.  But Glenn dishes out a tremendous amount of relevant information in that time, a lot of which is shocking to listen to. He comes by the information via sources that most people don’t have and the many journalists he has on his payroll.  These investigations typically take weeks or longer to gather.  His reports are not contrived nor generalizations, but factual reports based on evidence.

You should find several in the video of interest.

I have written more articles in the last few weeks than I have in the past several months.  But that is because the magnitude of the changes taking place are truly scary, if you understand them and their implications.  Our freedoms are precariously perched on a razor’s edge and we could fall like many countries before us.   e.g., Venezuela, Cuba, et al

My hope is that the citizens of this country stop bickering with one another and start coming together against a common enemy — the Marxist threat.  My second hope is that law enforcement today — active and retired — join together in honoring their oath “to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”.  They might be the tip of the spear we need to keep our country together in the not too distant future. .?

The George Floyd Case — The Rest of The Story

George Floyd, fired officer overlapped security shifts at south Minneapolis club | KSTP.com

By now almost the entire United States is aware of this trial and its outcome.  However, the vast majority of them have no accurate perspective of what really happened on the street or in the courtroom.

The purpose of this article is to present a different perspective of what happened on the street in this case, how the elements of evidence relate to the outcome, and what was presented in court.  The prosecution in the courtroom at times was hard to identify as their statements lead the viewer to think they were part of the defense.?!  (Strange behavior for a prosecutor — sharing emotional, non-fact based testimony.)

If you were to watch the first video (image below), you would learn a great deal about this case and the relevant forensic evidence that was available to both the prosecution and defense.  But based on the kabuki show that was presented on TV called a trial, very little if any of the real evidence was argued in court.  Instead, statements were made by the prosecutor regarding the emotional responses bystanders had — which have little relevance to a jury during deliberation (technically).

Summary

I will attempt to summarize the video in a brief fashion for the reader (who is often in a hurry).   The video has two parts — the first part is 13 mins. of video evidence gathering; and second is forensic analysis of that video and the events that occurred and the connections between those things observed.

However, it is strongly suggested that you watch the entire 24 minute video of which the first 13 minutes is evidence gathering, and the rest is relevance of the phases and analysis of same.

Note that the officers when they first address the store clerk regarding the nature of the call for service, the clerk indicates that the suspect possibly counterfeited at $20 bill — a felony.

The officers then approached the suspect in his vehicle in a professional manner until he refused to follow orders.  At this point, for their safety, the officers became more forceful verbally to motivate the suspect to follow their commands — to which Floyd did not comply.

Most of the video then showed repeated attempts to restrain a  6 foot, 7 inch ‘giant’ (a name that Floyd was referred to by friends).  (See: George Floyd Described As A ‘Gentle Giant’ By Friends).

I don’t know about you, but if I’m involved in a physical altercation with someone that size with an estimated weight of 240 lbs.+, I would be concerned for my safety.  Especially if you believed he has an extensive criminal background and is strung out on pain killing drugs (which increase his strength several times).  Floyd’s size and background is pointed out here to help the reader understand the gravity of the situation (in the minds of the officers).  Also of import, it also relates to the motivation behind polices’ behavior.

Note that the officers kept trying to get Floyd into a position of weakness so that he could be successfully restrained from attacking them or escaping their custody.  At one point Floyd states that he had been ‘hooping’.  Hooping is street slang for putting illegal drugs inside the rectum to get a very fast and intense high through absorption in the anal cavity.

Most of the statements Floyd made while resisting the officers were to an extent, irrational and were intended to manipulate the scene and the officers.  Several of those statements were conflicting with what he said previously during the process.  e.g., He claimed to be claustrophobic and couldn’t handle being in a car.  When in fact, he was first encountered in his own car relaxed and/or not stressed.

Once they get him part way into their police vehicle, Floyd starts yelling and claiming he can’t breath.  Yet at this point his neck and chest areas were not being constricted causing him a loss of breath.  In all probability he was reacting to the drugs he placed in his anal cavity.

They finally take him back out of the car and place him on the ground in the prone position when he begins to struggle and fight the officers again.  This exertion along with being on his stomach could cause a reduced amount of air flow to Floyd.  Officer Chauvin at this point had his knee on the suspect’s neck.  However, if you watch the video closely you’ll see Floyd raise his head and Chauvin raising his knee in unison with Floyd’s head and neck.  The implication being, Floyd was not receiving undue pressure to his throat.

In my opinion the key tactical error was Chauvin keeping his knee on Floyd’s neck with or without pressure.  As they say today, if nothing else, the optics were not good.  Also, it would have been better to place Floyd in a recumbent position (fetal position on his side) to allow him breath easier.

Soon after, Floyd passes out and ultimately died at the hospital.  The fact that he was a drug addict for years, that he had ‘hooped’ 300% more toxic drug than was needed to kill him, that he had 90% blockage in his arteries, already had a heart condition, and was in poor physical condition, should be substantially relevant to the cause of his death — potentially eliminating intent to kill Floyd.

Note:  Occasionally firemen attend fire drills (training) which is very physically stressful.  It is not an uncommon occurrence for a younger (25-50 year old) fireman to attend such training, leave the training field, and then die hours later at home from a heart attack.  An example of this phenomena is the death of officer Brian Sicknick at the Washington, DC House of Representatives riot.  He was originally said to have died as a result of a blow to the head.  However forensics did not corroborate that was the case.   Later they determined he died of a stroke.

During the second half of the video (11 mins. in) George Parry, the Chief of the Brutality and Misconduct unit (5 years) presents his analysis of the forensic evidence.   His obvious professional analysis presents compelling reason to believe that George Floyd did not die as a direct result of the police’s actions, but of his poor decision making and actions.  Not to mention his poor physical condition.

Again, please watch the video, it’s worth it if you have any interest in the facts of this case.

George Floyd at the age of 16 — Property claim in Judge Judy’s court

At the age of 16 George Floyd carjacked a woman’s car, fled from the scene, became a suspect in a pursuit, crashed the victim’s car, and was sentenced to five years ‘probation’.

During his testimony in court he admitted to committing the crime, but didn’t believe he was responsible for the damage to the victim’s car.  When Judge Judy asked why not, he said: “It wasn’t my fault”.  When asked why not again, he said: “Because it was the police’s fault for chasing him”.

At the age of 16, and being raised in a low income area, this is somewhat understandable if he had irresponsible parents.  But, based on his father’s look of disgust and shame in the video, I doubt he intended to raise his son to be a criminal his entire life.

Once again, evil turns out to be good.  And the police who are supposed to be good are made to look evil.  If you’re religious at all this should strike a loud cord with you..?

Deliberation

Given the average murder case vs. a lesser gravity crime, deliberation is a bit more difficult because sentencing typically leads to greater prison sentences.  Potentially the defendant may be facing life in prison or the death penalty.  Consequently, juries are a bit slower to convict, often taking days to come to a consensus.

However, this jury only took “10 hours”!  Not on one count of manslaughter or murder, but three!  Yes, 12 people managed to concur that the defendant is “beyond a reasonable doubt” guilty of murder and manslaughter — in ten hours!  Wow!

One must think that threatening jurists by making their home locations and phone numbers available to the public could have an influence on those citizens in the jury box.  Not to mention Maxine Waters making a blatant threat that if Chauvin isn’t found guilty of murder the public should riot and destroy property — starting with the jury’s!?

Undoubtedly this case will see the appellate court and there might be a different outcome later.  In the meantime, the family of George Floyd has been awarded $27M!  Yes, a convicted felon who has spent years in prison for armed robbery and other crimes, and who is a known drug addict, has been raised to the level of sainthood — a martyr who ‘gave’ his life to save social justice (per Nancy Pelosi).

Ah, but it gets even better!  Now that it has been proven beyond a reasonable doubt that “all police are brutal killers, dishonest liars, and cheats”, they must all be punished.   Enter the ‘George Floyd Justice in Policing Act‘.  This legalistic work of artistic design is intended to address all police in the entire nation — at the federal level.

But not to worry, it only contains nine small(?) changes to policing.

  1. Ban no-knock warrants
  2. End “qualified immunity”
  3. Make it easier to prosecute police officers
  4. Prohibit racial, religious and discriminatory profiling by law enforcement
  5. Require local and state police agencies to use existing federal funds to ensure the use of body cameras *
  6. Create a national police misconduct registry**
  7. Use federal grants to help communities establish commissions to enact police reforms
  8. Address police militarization by limiting their military-grade equipment
  9. Enhance “pattern and practice” investigations of police departments by granting the Justice Department subpoena power

And about those little stars ( * ).  Note item 5:  An obvious camel nose ploy to insure the police do what you ask or they’ll pull your funds.  And item 6:  A registry to prevent police officers who are fired or pushed out for bad performance from being hired by any other agency “for life“.

Conclusion

This is some scary action.  In every takeover where communism was the new order of the day, regular police were pushed aside to allow the ‘party’ to do whatever they wanted.  Typically they had their ‘brown shirts’ (Hitler), bolsheviks (Lenin), or any other quasi secret police arm (Stalin, Mao) to enforce whatever their mission was at the time — usually a takeover.

If your goal is to create enough chaos to take over a society, you can’t have a quasi military force (police) to get in your way.  If it is still there when you’re ready to make your move, they must be neutered and made ineffective.  We’re seeing the beginning of that action now.  Hopefully the majority of the American public will see through this tactic and others like it that are being used today..?

The enemy are here folks.  The enemy is “us”.  We keep allowing government to make changes that are not good for us.  And because we’re asleep, apathetic, doubters, corrupt, or those already turned to the Marxist/communist agenda, we will continue on this path until we’re all learning Russian or Chinese.

Remember, “We surround them”.  You, can make a difference.  If nothing else, vote  intelligently — be informed!  Preferably with the truth.

The Cops I Know

Tattered Thin Blue Line Flag

We are all experiencing extreme times — extreme movement in the stock market, our economy, our safety, our freedom (to move about), and seemingly more things every week.  The most recent extreme is the attack on police coast to coast in America.  Because of one cop losing control, tremendous pain and suffering has occurred.  But there is good news…  continue reading.

The following is an article written by a police Chaplin regarding his experience and the view he developed of police through years of working with them.  Every police officer should read this — we ARE appreciated by those who really count.

The Cops I Know

During my years as a pastor in San Diego County, I had the privilege of being a law enforcement chaplain for two incredible agencies over the course of nine years. During those years I went through an academy with the officers, trained on the mat, in the classroom and on the range with the officers, spent over 1,000 hours on ride-alongs with the officers, and even spent some time with the detectives who investigate cases. I’ve been to their funerals, I’ve married them and I’ve buried their children, and I have nowhere on planet Earth ever seen the men and women who are their equal.

And so I must speak out during these turbulent days when the irrational hatred of so many is leveled undeservedly at the men and women in blue. Yes, a truly heinous and hideous thing was done under color of law to George Floyd by a bad (and possibly racist) cop, but that now ex-cop is no more representative of the vast majority of cops than a man like Jimmy Swaggart is representative of my profession. I’ve ridden with cops and deputies from all across the spectrum – male and female officers, straight and gay officers, bright-eyed young officers and crusty old officers, antireligious officers, non-religious officers, officers from any number of religions, and even an officer who also happened to be the finest evangelist I’ve ever seen in my life. I’ve ridden with black, white, Hispanic and Asian officers, officers who are first- or second-generation Middle Eastern immigrants, officers who are politically liberal andEscondido Patch 2 those who are politically conservative. All are officers from a vast world of differences, but who have the most important things in common. So please, let me tell you about the cops I know.

The cops I know do what they do because they’re protectors, and they love law, and they love order, and they love civilization.

The cops I know are heroes, and heroes’ hearts beat within their chests, and have ever since they were young.

The cops I know can all remember their proudest day – the day their shield was pinned on their chest and they took the oath to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the Constitution of their State. For some the only prouder day was the day their child was born, and in some rare cases the day they had the privilege of pinning the shield on the chest of their own child who followed in their footsteps.

The cops I know love the Constitution, and are its staunchest supporters.

The cops I know are underpaid, overworked and underappreciated by those they serve, but they serve nonetheless.

The cops I know don’t view policing as a job – they view it as a calling. To some, even a sacred calling.

The cops I know rush into danger without a second thought – not just because they’re trained to, but because it’s in their hearts to do so.

The cops I know don’t want to die for you and me, but won’t hesitate to do so if their sacrifice means we can continue living.

SDSO PatchThe cops I know hope to begin every public encounter with respect.

The cops I know hate bad, lazy and corrupt cops with a vengeance.

The cops I know don’t give a lick about someone’s skin color, sexual orientation, ethnicity or social status. What they do care about is fighting crime, protecting the innocent and getting dangerous people off the street.

The cops I know are crime fighters, and as crime fighters they go where crime is heaviest.

The cops I know train in the arts of violence – not because they love violence, but because they know that for civilization to survive, those who stand for what is good must be better at violence than those who stand for what is evil.

The cops I know are prepared to take human life, but hope they never have to.

The cops I know are warriors who would never back down to anarchists unless ordered to do so by those of lesser spine.

CHP Patch & ShieldThe cops I know are part Jackie Chan, part Wyatt Earp, part Dr. Phil, part Aristotle and part Robin Williams, all within the same shift.

The cops I know can make sailors blush and poets weep.

The cops I know quietly and secretly buy things for the needy and the hurting they encounter on the beat.

The cops I know hold Christmas parties for the victimized kids and families they deal with every year.

The cops I know spend their own time and funds supporting charities for the less fortunate in their communities.

The cops I know have all seen mangled, broken and lifeless bodies.

The cops I know are all familiar with the smell of decaying human flesh.

The cops I know rescue sexually- and physically-abused kids from predators (who are often the kids’ family members), and then go home to their own children and families, pretending they’ve seen nothing that disturbs their soul.

The cops I know ache for the victims of unsolved crimes.

The cops I know never stop thinking of the difficult cases they encounter or are solving.

The cops I know have seen a thousand difficult, horrible things that cannot be unseen.

The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, have difficulty sleeping.

The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, sometimes weep in private or scream in anger at the universe.

The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, sometimes lose hope.

The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, sometimes become jaded.

The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, sometimes drink in excess to dull the inner pain.

Anthony Ride Along (2)The cops I know, because of all they’ve seen, often lose their marriages. Not because they want to, but because they try to shield their spouses (and their children) from the avalanche of dark and nightmarish things that plague their working lives, and that shield eventually becomes a wall of separation.

The cops I know are intelligent, remarkable, skilled, dedicated, caring and innovative public servants. In short, they’re the best of us – the very best of us. If we lose faith with them, if we defund them, if we chase them out of town or force them to walk away or take an early retirement, we’ll not only lose what’s best about us, but we’ll lose our civilization in the process.

The cops I know don’t do what they do to be thanked, but rather because their noble hearts are driven to protect and serve whether they are thanked or not. But trust me, right now they need to be thanked, and they need to know that we have their backs as they try to stand up to these forces that would destroy all of civilized life.

The cops I know have never asked for anything, so I’m asking for them: Openly show your support for them, openly thank them, diligently pray for them and be there when they need help.

And to all the cops I know (and don’t know):

Thank you. Be safe, and stay dangerous. Your friends are many.

American Rights — Fading Fast?

The Corona virus (COVID-19) has been in our face lately.  (Excuse the pun.)  Millions of Americans have had to lock themselves in their homes and ‘hunker down’.  Being locked in a home with teenagers can be more hazardous to your health than the virus.  Consequently, after weeks of being in ‘solitary’, it’s no surprise that people are wanting a few minutes of escape on occasion.

Although the virus should not be totally discounted as a real problem, it is one problem that seems to be creating a second and even worse problem — loss of constitutional rights. This does not mean that there isn’t a special condition that allows our government to exercise their ability to control a situation.  But how far should they be allowed to go?  Because the courts are tied up with existing issues to hear cases on, time is becoming a premium and topics are not being addressed due to lack of time and priorities.  How far can this go?

For example, a father (and wife) who want to take their six year old daughter out to play T-ball in the empty park shouldn’t be a problem.  There aren’t any people around.  They didn’t stop to talk to others on the way there.  And they’re keeping an eye out for potential hazards while enjoying time with their daughter.

While playing, the father sees three policeman walk up to question him.  After a brief conversation, the daughter states, “Daddy, I don’t want you to get arrested.”  To which he responds with words of reassurance.  But, he is soon placed in handcuffs.  Not good.

Fortunately he is subsequently released (after 10 minutes of being in the police car) — apparently common sense prevailed.  The entire story with a video is here.

My concern is that the current generation of police are not using their heads very well.  Common sense should be involved at some point during incidents such as these.  It would seem though that common sense isn’t so common anymore.  A worse concern is, what would happen if a ‘real‘ crisis were to occur in America?  If this sort of thing can occur in ‘peacetime’ over a virus, what could happen in the event of a real national crisis?  Terrorism or a foreign attack for example.

This is not an isolated story.  A teen in California was arrested for being on his boogie board way off shore, for example.  And, before this article could go to press with other affiliates, this report of citations being given to church members while in their cars in a “drive-in church” arrived!  This slope is getting rather slippery.

I’ve known some police (not all) who have a ‘different view’ of their place in society.  Several years ago while on duty, several of the guys were killing time discussing people’s behavior.  It was mentioned that “only police should be allowed to have guns”.  Whoa!!  How is this possible you ask?  For one reason alone — we have to hire people from the human race to be police.  And as long as that is a requirement, this problem and others will continue to exist — fortunately only to a comparatively minor extent.

Although there may be some in the justice system that see themselves as elitists, most police are people too and can be threatened by politicians with threat of their job, no promotion, disgrace, and/or loss of reputation.  That can be a lot of motivation for doing what you’re told to do that you don’t agree with.  For those who are “on our side”, we should support them by ‘going to the source’ and making your view known.  This sort of political power exertion is tyranny.  It must be stopped before it gets totally out of control.

My concern is that our society is getting more fragile every year.  Things are happening today that we wouldn’t have dreamed of a few years ago.  Don’t ask what’s coming next.  The point being that we’re going to need ice-skates to navigate the slippery slope of our future unless someone reigns in this insanity.

At a minimum, we should all be preparing for what we think is coming and prepare ourselves.  We should assume that nobody else is gong to help us.  Self-sufficiency should be our watchword today, otherwise we may not be prepared for tomorrow.

Where Are the ‘White Hats’?

You may have already heard or read about the scheduled ‘protest’ in Portland this weekend.  And sure enough, it happened, just as predicted.  Yes, we knew that Antifa was going to be present and accounted for — and they were.  Yes, it was a riot and people were injured.  But because the police were out in force, less people were hurt than what you would expect.  Law enforcement in this country seems to be catching on — we hope!?

The sad statement is that a Portland ‘news outlet’ appears to have skewed the story a bit.  The majority of their account of what happened focused more on the ‘right-wing extremists’ than the Antifa group.  Many of the photos show everyone wearing all black with the exception of a few photos.  If you read the article below you’ll see the lead photo shows people wearing more the ‘normal’ type of street cloths.  Otherwise it’s hard to tell the good guys from the bad.  (No white hats were to be found.)

Let’s face it, Antifa is a radical Marxist organization founded on fascist behavior and revolutionary intent.  They undoubtedly are an offspring of RevCom.us.  (Any good communist has a revolution anticipated in his future.)  If you read a previous article on antifa, you’ll see that their roots are in the communist party.

The people of Oregon are getting tired of being pushed around by the Left.  Hence, like many good American citizens, they protest. Their definition of protest means carrying an American flag and chanting ‘clean’ phrases (not profanities).  Antifa on the other hand is a known violent group and growing day by day.  (Funded by uber rich elitists.)  Their ultimate objective is to overtake this country and eliminate our constitution (which gets in their way).

It is up to people like you to push back against these thugs and educate others that they are not representative of America’s way of conducting business.  Let’s keep the record straight even though the media won’t.

Little Rock Officer Involved Shooting

To be a cop today takes more guts than anytime in our country’s history.  You not only have to worry about the idiot in front of you, but the people ‘behind you’ (e.g., the public).  Trials occur every day for police who have to face killers and sociopaths — as well the law abiding public.  Yet we are so quick to condemn them with very little evidence.

Watch this recently released video of the shooting in Little Rock, AR that made the national news.  BLM is (was) positive this was a police killing of an unarmed ‘child’.  Consider that this ‘child’ almost killed his friends and one of the police in the process of his attempted escape (firing shots in their direction).  Why?  Because he was awaiting trial for charges of aggravated robbery and engaging in gang activity.  Note the language the police used prior to the shooting.  Would you be this friendly in a gang area at a traffic stop?

I’m sure if we had stiffer gun laws (tongue in cheek) the ‘victim’ wouldn’t have possessed a stolen hand gun.

Our country is dividing every day — but not for a good reason.
