Well, gosh. It would seem that no person may be discriminated against for being gay now. Yup, you now have a ‘right’ to get married to your buddy regardless of sex in this country — all 50 states. (Stand by you dog lovers… you’re next.) How did our ‘supreme’ court justices come to this conclusion? The 14th amendment of course. Here’s Allen’s thinking in a nutshell.
If you’re following any of the various media outlets this morning, you’re probably aware that the U.S. Supreme Court has just extended gay marriage to all 50 states. The Supreme Court ruled Friday that same-sex couples have a right to marry nationwide, in a historic decision that invalidates gay marriage bans in more than a dozen states. Gay and lesbian couples already can marry in 36 states and the District of Columbia. The court’s ruling on Friday means the remaining 14 states, in the South and Midwest, will have to stop enforcing their bans on same-sex marriage. The outcome is the culmination of two decades of Supreme Court litigation over marriage, and gay rights generally.”
Now here is the kicker, as the writer articulately brings to light: “By using the Constitution in such a manner, the Court argues that the Due Process Clause extends “certain personal choices central to individual dignity and autonomy” accepted in a majority of states across the state lines of a handful of states that still banned the practice. The vast majority of states are “shall issue” on the matter of issuing concealed carry permits, and enjoy reciprocity with a large number of other states. My North Carolina concealed carry permit, for example, was recognized yesterday as being valid in 36 states, which just so happened to be the number of states in which gay marriage was legal yesterday. But 14 states did not recognize my concealed carry permit yesterday. Today they must.
Using the same “due process clause” argument as the Supreme Court just applied to gay marriage, my concealed carry permit must now be recognized as valid in all 50 states and the District of Columbia.“
Yes folks, there is a standing right called the Second Amendment, which grants the right to keep and bear arms, and that specifically granted right shall not be infringed. So, the SCOTUS does not need to have a court case and prolonged legal, judicial activism — that right exists.
It would be nice to believe he’s right, but with our ***ed up government, who knows what evil nonsense they’ll come up with next..?! God help us…

This week we heard from the supreme court saying that conventional interpretation of the law says that Obamacare has been implemented with illegal wording. However, they chose to interpret it in a more contemporary manner — making it now legal. I can just see these unelected ’emperors’ sitting in their big chairs looking down on the ‘common people’!!? … laughing… at us! @#$%^&
But if that isn’t bad enough, now they take a definition of marriage that has been ‘common’ for thousands of years and declare it out dated requiring redefinition. And now, we have gay marriage. Is that a problem? It depends on who you are..? If you’re a secularist, probably not. If you’re gay, probably not. But if you have any natural law principles that you stand on, e.g., the bible, forget it. You’re a hater!
Today we have made it clear to those who are paying attention — all three branches of our federal government have been taken over, corrupted. We now live in a shared dictatorship. The constitution has been made irrelevant and we shall live by the ‘contemporary law’ from here on.
You know, even the Austrians caught on in just a few weeks that they made a big mistake electing Hitler into power. What the hell is wrong with the people in this country..?

I have talked about this topic before and all too often people think me nuts (again). I make it a point to watch people’s actions and not their words — this often leads to an entirely different perspective of an individual.
Early on in Obama’s campaign to become president he said that he liked to surround himself with communists, fascists, and anarchists. Now the one time you’d think people would listen (and believe) to what he said and conclude that he might be a bit out of sync with the American ethos, no. The public totally ignored those statements.
When Van Jones was identified as a self avowed communist and one of Obama’s closest advisers you’d think that the public might assume that ‘he’ was potentially leaning in that direction. But once again, no.
Well, now we find that his closest adviser is not only a communist, but comes from a long line of them!! Valery Jarret has finally been taken ‘out of the closet‘ — the one person Obama looks to for all decisions and tactics.

I’ve tried to tell people to watch our leader’s actions, not his words. (The only way you can tell he is lying is when his lips are moving.) From what I’ve seen, his actions indicate to me that he hates America and wants it destroyed. After all, he did say that America will be fundamentally transformed. Well, here we are…

I can understand almost anything happening in California — but here in Texas??
Well folks, we just kicked to the curb the one strong effort to stop Sharia law from being used in Texas. If you are a person who insists on justice, then this should be a serious issue to you. What it means is the ability of anyone to use an alternate legal system in lieu of our state or federal law — i.e., Sharia law. This is in total conflict with our constitution. You’d think this would be an obvious action — especially in Texas. But, here we are. What is even harder to believe is two women were the cause of this new law dieing.!!? (No explanation was given as to why they backed down on this new bill.) Why would two Republican sponsors of the original HB 562, Rep Harlessof Harris County (NW Houston) and Rep Riddle of Houston suddenly vote against a bill they had both signed up as being willing to sponsor?
The following video interview of Chris Byrd — an attorney in Boerne, Texas — explains the American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) recent failure to pass the bill necessary to stop this behavior in the current Texas congressional session. Although you might think that this is of no direct impact on you, it certainly could be in the near future.
The Muslim strategic plan is to get ‘family court’ managed via Sharia law for Muslims. Then in the future get criminal law in Texas replaced with Sharia criminal law. If that doesn’t scare you, nothing will. Honor killings could be a new way of life.?!

Having just returned from the PRC (the People’s Republic of California), I am so happy to be back home! Driving their freeways is a very scary proposition if you aren’t an ex-fighter pilot. Doing 85-90 on a crowded freeway is not my idea of fun — especially at night! My guess is it’s probably safer to fly a jet than to drive on the 405 freeway!!?
Living in Texas however is an ‘experience’, not just a place. To live here is not just having ‘stuff’ around you, but people who care about others. Unlike in California, we here in Texas value more: others in our community, the freedoms we have, the conservative views we hold dear, our church family, and the opportunities that are becoming less available in other states. (Which is probably why our population is going up!!?)
The following graphic probably doesn’t represent California.?! My guess is, Lincoln had a community more like that of Texas in mind!!
